We also have a wide range of items available on a bespoke
and made to order basis. These are still at great prices. If you do not see

98% of our products are stock items ready to pull off the
shelf. For many of our stock items, orders received by midday will be shipped
out the same day for a prompt delivery with you within 2 – 3 working days!

not to be beaten.
We excel in working within tight timescales and will beat
any realistic online price where possible. If you see the same product

You can call us at anytime during our office opening hours
which are 8.30am-5.30am Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am-4.30am Fridays. Our
offices are closed at the weekends but you are welcome to leave a message on
our telephone answer machine. You can also leave us an eMessage by clicking the
link at the top of our webpage! Just click this, put in your details and we
will call you back as soon as we pick up your message.

Artwork
Before ordering a product that involves artwork, please read
the artwork guidelines which will help us to help you. We aim to provide the
best service and quality at the best prices! Once your order is placed please
forward your artwork to artwork@genite.com
with reference to your order number in the email subject line!
Shipping
Details
We are a nationwide e-commerce/mail order business based in
the UK that will ship all over the UK, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland,
Channel Islands and Europe.
If your order is under £19.99 (before VAT) you will be
charged a minimum order fee of £6.50 to cover our costs. Orders above this
amount will qualify for Free Delivery.
Delivery
Goods will be despatched by the most convenient means unless
otherwise agreed in writing. Free Delivery applies only to mainland UK, excluding
the following areas; Highlands, Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland and the
following mainland UK post code pre-fixes: AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, BT, HS, KA, ZE,
IM. For carriage prices in any of these areas please call us for a quote.
Exceptions
If you are ordering volume please contact us for a quote and
a shipping cost.
If you order products that will require palletising then
please allow 3-4 days possibly for delivery and request a quote.
