Artwork Guidelines for Digital Print
The following guidelines apply to artwork submitted for graphic production. Artwork should be sent via email or our e-message system whenever possible. • We accept PDF, AI, EPS and high resolution JPG formats.
• Text should be converted to outlines or fonts should be supplied.
• Artwork must be CMYK Process, Pantone, or a combination of both. Please note that Pantone colours cannot be accurately reproduced when digitally printed and are converted to CMYK.
• Please flatten documents when sending print-ready artwork.
• Templates are available for some products. Please create artwork to these specifications but do not place into the template when sending.
Other important information
• Artwork must be at least 100ppi at full size. • File extensions (i.e. .ai, .jpg) must be used. • If artwork is over 8MB, please send viawww.mailbigfile.com, www.wetransfer.com or disc (to the address below).
• Handed designs (i.e. products with directional arrows or left and right views) should be sent with each side as a separate file. • Artwork must be to size unless otherwise stated. • No artwork will be started or reviewed until payment is made. Genite Ltd reserves the right to determine any artwork submitted to us as unacceptable for our processes and quality standards. The art department will determine the usability of any artwork received and will inform you of any difficulties at the earliest opportunity to allow time to resubmit usable artwork.
